I love Moroccan themed decor. Fell in love with it via the last season of Million Dollar Decorator. Martyn Lawrence Bullard was very big on Moroccan themed rooms.

Now that we're revamping our office space, I kind of want to change up our drabby brown curtains to something more cheerful and bright.

Can these be unisex too? Don't want DH to feel like he's working in a girly office.

I'm all about comfort when I'm out and about. Andy from Style Scrapbook is on location, filming her tv show in South/Central America at the current moment.

Something about her style inspires me to dress a little bit, but without sacrificing my comfort levels.

Someone I know doesn't like to buy flowers (*ahem*) for the simple fact that they die within days, but I love flowers regardless because they make a room more cheerful. And it also inspires me to actually want to do work.

While I absolutely love Michelle Obama's teal Marchesa gown (teal was one of my wedding colors), I am intrigued by Great Britain's prime minister's wife's gown. It's a Jane Birkin-inspired floral-and-paisley belted dress from London designer Alessandra Rich. I could definitely see myself wearing something like this.

I'm currently gathering ideas/inspiration pictures for my home office. Right now, I conduct my Stella & Dot and Etsy businesses from the comfort of my own bed. Sounds great, right? It is essentially. But I'd like to conduct business related activities in our home office while the bedroom will be transformed to our relaxation haven.

Here are a few inspiration pictures that I'd like to decorate my half of the office to be.











The only things I'd probably add to my side of the room would be a tufted office chair, and that's pretty much it. My 30 day organization project has come to a halt due to the fact that we have to move DH's dj equipment outside of the office and downstairs so he can transform his half to be his office too. Can't wait till we actually complete this project. I'll be sure to take pictures when done. :)

One day, someday.  A girl can dream about an organized closet, can't she? :)

My house looks nothing like this, but this image inspired me to tidy up the house. The immaculate clean lines and doesn't look like there's a speck of dust in sight!

I guess that's what the beautiful spring weather we're having right now is doing to me.  Time for me to break away from the computer to clean up. :)

Bought my first two pairs of colored pants at H&M - one in coral and one in bright blue. They might be a tad bit big on me, but hopefully it will inspire me to use my sewing machine. Can't wait to wear them!

Sydne is one of my favorite fashion bloggers. She's wearing this cute Marni x H&M cardigan, and it's the perfect spring/summer look.

I was excited once I heard that Marni was partnering with H&M. I'll admit, I wasn't a huge fan of the looks that I saw online, but once I saw that Sydne posted this look I instantly wanted this cardigan. Most of this H&M line is sold out, but hopefully I'll stumble upon it next time I'm in the city at one of my favorite H&M locations on Fifth Avenue.

I was inspired by Refinery 29's DIY version of Rodarte's celestial star clip.

So yesterday on my mommy's day out trip to visit my bff during lunch, I stopped by a bunch of stores including one of new favorites, M&J Trimming. I picked up a few star nail heads from there. Walked a few stores down to Toho Shoji to pick up some metal wire and a few hair clips.

Michelle Williams will always be one of my favorite celebrate style inspirations. Her look (pixie cut hair and perfect makeup) oozes romance. Although she has been through a rough couple of years, she has held her own and continues to be a great mother to her daughter, Matilda. Love love love her!

I love DIY projects, and Jenni from I Spy DIY is my DIY goddess. :)

I'm inspired on so many levels by her projects, and even gave two of her DIY projects a go. And, I must say that the end products came out pretty well. (I'll definitely post pictures of what I did by next week.)
